Bead Peeps Swap N Hop 2018

Welcome everyone and thanks for stopping by on your way through the Bead Peeps Swap N Hop. A big shout out to our hostess,  Linda Anderson. Without you, this project never would have taken off.  My partner of this adventure is Terry Jeanette Carter.  She provided all the inspiring elements for the jewelry that I created.  I would show you pictures of everything in the "raw" state, if I hadn't accidentally deleted them off my phone. Ever since 2018 began, I have been electronically challenged;  everything that can go wrong has and I am probably lucky that I haven't been electrocuted, so there you have it.

So, with that said, let me show you the pictures of what I created with the wonderful goodies that Terry sent.  Please remember the whole "electronically challenged" bit and forgive any blurry photos.

How about a wire wrapped sea shell for inspiration?

.

Or little sparkly/gold/coppery rounds?

Peachy sparkles:

Old guitar strings, anyone?

Pink and purple/blue Czech glass?

More shell action:

And, the cutest little pink and gray stones:

Now, I know that Terry is going, "But, wait, I sent you more than that."  And, it's true, she was even more generous than what I've shown here.  I just realized that I didn't take photos of the wire wrapped sea glass piece.  Forgive me, Terry.  I will add it at a later date, just remember the whole ELECTRONICALLY CHALLENGED, THING!!!  It's real, people, the struggle is REAL!

Here is a list of all the other participants, so get to hopping!!  Remember, Terry Jeanette Carter
is my partner, so stop there first.

  1. Nice job! Was wondering if you were going to use those guitar strings, and glad to see you did. Love those earrings. The peachy bracelet is really nice too...and, of course that wire wrapped shell looks nice.....

  3. Hi Lisa. You accented the shell focal very well. I like the copper piece that you created. The druzy necklace is my favorite. Good use of the guitar strings. The aqua dangle earrings are right up my alley. Good job using the item you were sent.
